University of Wisconsin-Stout

While providing advance real estate learning environments, UWS works hard towards oferring a combination of tools to optimize your success in becoming a real estate agent. Through UW-Stout’s Institute of Real Estate Management(IREM), you’ll maintain ongoing relationships with real estate professionals. Wisconsin Realtors’ Association

In order to become a Wisconsin real estate agent, you must abide by their specific qualifications. Becoming a realtor entails regulations that are specific to each state. Therefore, you must check with your local association to understand what exact implications are required of you.

According to Wisconsin Realators’ Assocaition, you are expected too complete board-approved 72-hour pre-license education program for salesperson. If you are deciding to attend college, a completed 10 semester hour credits in real estate will suffice.
